Gérald Poirier, an international career dedicated to French gastronomy.
A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris, Chef Gérald Poirier quickly entered the world of catering, bringing with him a curiosity and passion for flavors from around the world. He later left France for the Caribbean, where he enriched his expertise with new culinary techniques.
In 2025, with his experience in the finest Parisian establishments (Prince de Galles, Marriott, Relais & Châteaux) under his belt, Chef Gérald Poirier joined the family of the restaurant “Le W” in the prestigious Warwick Paris hotel. This new chapter is a natural continuation of his philosophy: offering heartfelt cuisine rooted in seasonality, technical precision, and gastronomic conviviality.
Gérald Poirier embodies a generation of chefs who combine humility, excellence, and curiosity. His dishes tell stories of his travels, and his teams reflect his human vision: cuisine that is shared, built together, and continues to evolve with passion.
