Restaurant "Le W", located on the ground floor, welcomes you for its Sunday brunch, in the form of a savory/sweet, copious and gourmet buffet composed of ingredients carefully selected by our teams.
Savory Buffet:
- Seafood: oysters, shrimp, whelks, smoked salmon, gravlax salmon, Parisian style salmon.
- Tarama et blinis, crispy shrimp, salmon makis, tuna california rolls.
- Charcuterie and foie gras, pâté en croûte, coppa ham, chorizo, Serrano ham, white ham, bacon, poultry sausage, chicken and vegetable gyozas.
- Chicken club sandwich.
- Quiches: Lorraine quiche, mushroom quiche.
- Hummus and moutabal.
- Salads : tomat-mozzarella cheese, shrimp-avocado.
- Caesar salad verrine
Sweet Buffet:
- Mature french cheeses platter.
- Chocolate mousse, lemon tart, cheese cake, red fruit panna cotta.
- Pancakes and madeleines, cookies.
- Assortment of macaroons and mini cannelés, Paris-Brest, chocolate marble cake and lemon cake.
- Fresh fruit platter
