Begin your experience with our impressive seafood selection, featuring oysters, shrimp, whelks, smoked salmon, salmon gravlax, and poached salmon Parisienne style. Continue with a refined assortment of tarama and blinis, crispy shrimp, salmon maki rolls, and tuna California rolls.
Guests who appreciate traditional delicacies will enjoy our selection of fine charcuterie and specialties, including foie gras, pâté en croûte, coppa, chorizo, Serrano ham, cooked ham, bacon, poultry sausages, and chicken and vegetable gyozas.
